At Community House Kids we celebrate the fact that God made each of us unique and special. Our classrooms are open to all children regardless of ability or need. We simply ask that you partner with us to help give your child an environment where they feel loved and safe.
SAFE
TRAINED & BACKGROUND CHECKED VOLUNTEERS
All of our classrooms are staffed with background-checked volunteers who share a love for children and Jesus. Each volunteer is also trained and equipped to care for your children with excellence.
Kids Check-In
Because safety is a priority, your child will need to be checked-in each Sunday. Only adults with check-out tags are allowed in the classrooms to deliver and pick-up their children. Children will be dismissed only to adults with the proper check-out tags.

Community House Kids is more than just somewhere to drop your kids off on Sunday mornings. We want every kid to learn what it means to follow Jesus; that is our goal on Sunday mornings.
A TYPICAL DAY
We believe that there is no such thing as a child-sized God. Because of this, your child will spend time worshiping, praying, learning a memory verse, and taking part in lessons and activities. Our classrooms are currently split up into 3 groups:
Nursery | Preschool | Elementary.
CLEAN
Consistent Upkeep
We take pride in making sure our kids areas are clean – from the Nursery to the Elementary rooms. It is our desire to provide the best possible environment for every child who enters our care. We do ask if your child has any of the following symptoms: runny nose (other than clear), fever, rash, diarrhea or continuous cough, that your child remain in service with you for the well-being of the other kids.

We have Kids Church for both our 9:00am and our 10:45am services.

We have two check in areas: one in our elementary room when you first walk into the church, and the other is by our Preschool/Nursery rooms at the end of the hallway.

Our kids area is a secure area. Upon check in in your child, you will receive a parent tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag will be required in order to pick up your child, as well.

Because our kids area is a secure area, only our background checked volunteers are permitted in the classrooms. We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you or find you during service.

Yes. Every adult who serves in our Kids area has passed a background check.

You’re welcome to leave anything your child might need during this time. Elementary kids are encouraged to bring a bible.
