The Upside Down Kingdom

This month we shift our focus to the Sermon on the Mount. We will dive into this two month journey starting with the Beatitudes. Our world is full of turmoil and pride is often rewarded. But is this the way of the Kingdom of God? How do we demonstrate what it means to be salt and light to those around us?

God’s love is unlike any other and He doesn’t leave us to figure this out on our own. Jesus’ teachings and life remind us that with Him all things are possible. May the Lord prepare our hearts to receive His truth and increase our understanding of what it means to love our enemies, humble ourselves, and shine His light to those around us.
